It's been a while. A dry spell. I've been so occupied with work months before - which I just quit. I'm going back to school AGAIN. From the recent summer trips I've had with family and some friends, my desire to capture great light has been revived.
About this image, taken in Anawangin Cove in Zambales, Philippines. I went there with some friends just a month ago, more of a photographic trip rather than to bask in the sun kind of thing. Days before that I've been praying for really good light, unfortunately I didn't get it. I processed this image in HDR to make it pop some of the colors - which were mostly awash when I was there as the sun was just too strong. This is a rotated image, with the reflection a hill and some trees and the sky, on the riverbed that roots through Anawanin. As you will notice, you will see the rocks on the riverbed on the upper side of the image, while a fallen tree serves as a "border" on the lower side.
I shall get back to your images (which will be a ton I'm sure) after I settle down with all the summer trips.
Comments and suggestions will be greatly appreciated. :)
